Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 September 2026 · Fetch Technology Pte. Ltd.

Fetch Technology Pte. Ltd. is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it — in plain language, without unnecessary legal jargon.

1. Who we are

Fetch Technology Pte. Ltd. ("Fetch", "we", "us", or "our") is a company incorporated in Singapore. We provide AI transformation and workflow implementation services to businesses. Our registered address is in Singapore.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit our website (fetch.tech), enquire about our services, or engage us as a client.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly to us and data collected automatically when you use our website.

  • Data you provide directly:
  • Name, job title, and company name when you submit an enquiry or book a call
  • Email address and phone number when you contact us
  • Information you share during discovery calls, strategy sessions, or client engagements
  • Any other information you choose to provide in correspondence with us
  • Data collected automatically:
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Anonymised analytics data collected via our website analytics provider

2A. Website chat assistant

Our website includes an AI chat assistant ("Ask Fetch"). Messages you type are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic PBC, to generate a reply, and — once the assistant judges the conversation ready for a human — a transcript is emailed to our team so we can follow up.

  • Please do not share confidential, financial, health or other sensitive personal data in the chat; use the enquiry form or email instead.
  • Transcripts are retained for up to 2 years as enquiry data (see section 6).
  • The assistant can be wrong; nothing it says is a quote, a commitment, or advice on grant eligibility.

3. How we use your personal data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and schedule calls or meetings
  • To provide our services to you as a client
  • To send you information about our services that you have requested

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Consent: Where you have given us explicit consent to process your data (e.g., by submitting an enquiry form)
  • Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract
  • Legitimate interests: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Legal obligation: Where we are required to process your data to comply with applicable law
